ASP.NET 3.5 A Beginner’s Guide

Monday, July 23, 2012

This book is written for the developer who wants to get started using server-side
programming in ASP.NET 3.5 and C# 3.0. It is meant to be a first book for those
who are serious about crafting Rich Internet Applications (RIAs) and want to get up and running as quickly as possible.

Because ASP.NET 3.5 and C# 3.0 are very large and powerful Internet tools, no attempt was made to look into every nook and cranny of these tools. Instead, the focus of this book is to begin with the absolute minimum requirements for accomplishing different tasks and to explain how to accomplish those tasks. The content leads to the primary goal of working with server-side databases so that web sites can store information that can be retrieved by administrators or users over the Internet.
