bruv teach me how 2 setup alive secure apache server using php/mysql. need 2 know:

1)best seure/easiest distro
2)apache configurationk
3)ip addresses / networking /tcp/ip etc required
4)good level of security
5)regular backup / rstore procedure

i am stuck with ifo overload - gettin all confused...

i know just a little bit of linux - but that's it, i am wlling to learn more but need to go in the correct direction!
